Both studies in this series are written in a highly organized format designed to equip readers with a better understanding of God's Word. Using Bible summaries, prayers, full color illustrations, maps, charts, timelines, historical notes, and a glossary of Bible terms, Ms. Nichols takes readers on a step-by step journey though the Bible in a way that illuminates God's character, God's love, and God's Plan of Redemption and Salvation through Jesus Christ.

Free lesson plans have been written to coincide with each chapter of Big Picture of the Bible-Old Testament and Big Picture of the Bible-New Testament study guides. Each Bible course includes a semester timeline, a study record, and 8 lesson plans, uniquely designed to reinforce learning. Each study module includes a variety of student activities. Use all or a subset of the activities in each module to complete two or more weeks of study. The study guides and lesson plans are structured for maximum flexibility:
